Trojan Donation Fundraiser
Dear North Hall Middle School families,
Welcome to a new school year! The NHMS PTSO is looking forward to an amazing year with you, your students and our teachers and staff at North Hall Middle.
The NHMS PTSO is an organization made up of parents and teachers who work together as a team to enrich and improve the educational environment and experiences at North Hall Middle School. Our PTSO is independent from the National and State PTAs, which means that 100% funds raised are used for NHMS PTSO programs. The purpose of the PTSO is to help support programs & initiatives such as:
- Gym tarp to be used for school dances, chorus/band concerts, etc.
- School branding signage, including security screens on cafeteria windows
- Smart Pass program
- Quill program for ELA teachers
- Student celebrations and socials
- Teacher appreciation
- Numerous educational activities to support student learning
This year, as an alternative to numerous fundraisers throughout the year, we’re offering families the opportunity to make direct donations to NHMS PTSO. NO selling, NO hassle, NO fuss, and 100% of the proceeds go to benefit our school.
If the participation in this fundraiser is successful, there will be no other fundraisers this year, although we will still ask for snack/drink donations for various events such as socials, teacher appreciation, etc and may also ask you to volunteer your time.
Your contribution is completely voluntary, and we greatly appreciate any amount that your family feels comfortable donating.
Date: September 8th – 12th
Prizes!
Any amount – Entry into “Pie the Principal in the Face” raffle! Any amount counts!
$10 – Bag tag or ice cream pass
$25 – Buddy Lunch pass
$50 – Football game ticket (Sept. 12th game)
$100 – Entry into raffle prize (every $100 = 1 entry)
Largest Donation – Skip to the front of the line carpool tag. One awarded for each grade and one overall winner!
Winners will be announced Monday, September 15th!
Friday, September 12th will be a CASH DAY! We will only accept cash donations on this day.
