Academic Team – Lori McBride
The NHMS Academic Team has been a long-standing tradition in our school. Our team has won numerous county and regional championships.
The Academic Team competes against all other middle schools in Hall County during the fall season. Students answer questions based on math, science, social studies, language arts, and general trivia. The team is open to all grade levels and each level participates in both the A and B teams.

DECA Club – Michelle Wiley
DECA is a co-curricular organization that allows students to grow in their knowledge of marketing, finance, hospitality and management. DECA is co-curricular because we are able to incorporate it into our classroom to enhance student engagement, as well as an after school club. Our club meets after school once a month in room 402 (marketing classroom). We participate in service leadership and in DECA competitions for hands-on learning.
Partners in Education
North Hall Middle is so pleased to have a terrific group of Partners in Education. They provide many extras for NHMS, such as incentives for all “A” students, mentors, and teacher appreciation items. Please let these companies know how much you appreciate what they do, as you patronize their businesses.
